One of the most powerful Countries in the Lower Realm. Jun Wu Xie and Co. came to it to join in on a Tournament between all the forces of the Lower Realm. After Lei Chen found out that Jun Wu Xie improved the Spirit Healing Technique and Hua Yao, Qiao Chu, Rong Ruo and Fei Yan possessed Blue Spirit cultivation levels he sought and alliance with them to help avenge himself against Lei Fan.
When the Emperor heard about this alliance he made the contestants who were supposed to fight Jun Wu Xie to forfeit and blame Lei Chen and if they refused he had them killed. After this happened a few times Jun Wu Xie went to her next opponent to find out who the culprit was and after finding out she killed him and had Hua Yao impersonate him the next day during the battle. After having their plot exposed the Emperor then tried to have Lei Fan win over Jun Wu Xie and the others only to be snubbed.
After the Tournament was over Jun Wu Xie and company were invited to the Palace to attend a banquet. During this banquet the Emperor noticed the Ring of Imperial Fire on Jun Wu Xie's hand and tried to get Lei Fan to make her leave when Wen Yu was entering the palace. When Wen Yu saw the two leaving he followed them and also noticed the ring and implored Jun Wu Xie to leave the country. When Lei Chen heard this he berated Wen Yu for involving himself in his plans only to find out the possessor of the ring is the true Emperor of the Country and only wanted Jun Wu Xie to not encounter danger.
Soon after the Empress asked the Prime Minister to send assassins and the Emperor used the "attack" on Lei Fan as an excuse to get her arrested. Disguised as Qu Ling Yue she and Xiong Ba entered the Imperial Palace during this Ye Sha fed Lei Fan a poison that could only be cured by his biological father. The Empress secretly sent for the Prime Minister and wanted Lei Fan to be cured by him but they were caught red handed when the Emperor and Lei Chen entered and saw them getting frisky.
When Jun Wu Xie finally confronted the Emperor; she told him that he brought his own doom and the Fire Country wasn't a single blade of grass compared to the Lin Palace and after inheriting the throne she would make an Imperial Decree to hand off the power to Lei Chen.
The Empress Dowager (Lei Qian's) Grand Niece and Wen Yu soon came and forced him to abdicate the throne and hand over the human skin map. Before leaving Jun Wu Xie pushed the throne to Lei Chen but he refused and chased after Jun Wu Xie.
After the events of Thousand Beast City Lei Chen came with the Million Person Army and informed Jun Wu Xie that Condor Country had invaded Qi Kingdom he told her that while Fire Country and Qi Kingdom had no dealings if their ruler wanted to lend assistance they would follow her to Qi Kingdom. She immediately accepted the role of Emperor and charged towards Qi Kingdom with the Army.
During the war against the poison men Qu Ling Yue, the Qi Kingdom and the Buckwheat Kingdom allied themselves together and helped the rest of Lower Realm protect themselves.
